崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1. set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies practices.
根據(jù)酒店/部門目標(biāo)、政策和實(shí)際情況與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員共同設(shè)立團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)。
2. maintain personal presentation to hotel hilton& doubletree stards.
根據(jù)酒店及希爾頓集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)保持個(gè)人形象。
3. ensure all reporting servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.
保證按時(shí)完成所有報(bào)告和服務(wù)。
4. manage the completion of monthly ongoing training reports.
管理完成每月及正在進(jìn)行的培訓(xùn)報(bào)告。
5. update training notice board with all information on “what is happening in outside hotel” training information.
更新培訓(xùn)告示欄上所有關(guān)于酒店內(nèi)部及外部的新消息和培訓(xùn)信息。
6. organize reward certification programs.
組織獎勵及證書計(jì)劃。
7. keep records of each individual tm on every training he/she attended of the hotel.
保存每位員工的參加培訓(xùn)記錄。
8. organize in coordination with director of hr department heads’ approved cross-training .
組織協(xié)調(diào)人力資源總監(jiān)和部門經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)的交叉培訓(xùn)。
9. coordinate departmental cross-training.
協(xié)調(diào)部門間交叉培訓(xùn)。
10. facilitate total quality management.
實(shí)行全面質(zhì)量管理。
11. manage training development.
管理培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展。
12. develop strategies which address hotel guidelines human resources policies on training development.
發(fā)展關(guān)于確定酒店宗旨和人力資源關(guān)于培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展的政策的戰(zhàn)略。
13. develop plans to conduct needs analyses in-house training on a regular basis.
定期進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)需求分析和酒店內(nèi)培訓(xùn)。
